System requirements
PSADT-Package Forge is a Windows desktop application. It is installed locally and requires no server components.

Windows 11 is supported and tested. The application usually runs on Windows 10 as well, provided the .NET 10 Desktop Runtime is installed — this is not guaranteed, and support cases are verified on Windows 11.
Virtual environments
Operation in virtual machines, VDI and RDS environments, containers, on terminal servers and in cloud infrastructures is permitted as long as the licence scope is observed. For a packaging environment separated from the corporate network, this is the recommended setup.

Additionally for the Intune import
- A Microsoft Intune environment
- An app registration in Microsoft Entra ID in your own tenant
- An account with sufficient rights to create app registrations and to grant admin consent
The .NET 10 Desktop Runtime
The .NET 10 Desktop Runtime must be present on the system. The installation package checks this right at the start and reports if the runtime is missing. It is provided by Microsoft free of charge and can be installed beforehand or afterwards.
